48 hours gone by... A man who jumped off the Karwar-Goa Kali bridge still remains sunk deep inside the blue waters!

It just took little more than few fractions of seconds to an
Autorikshaw driver to stop his passenger carrier in the middle of
NH-17, Karwar-Goa bridge over the River Kali and to jump off the
railings into full fledged sea that flowed in its total power beneath
the lifeline. It's been more than 48 hours by now but officials who
are relentlessly searching for him are still clueless of his body or
whereabouts.

His relatives and villagers have relentlessly been crowding over the
Kali bridge as time is hopelessly passing by without providing any
fruitful lead into the suicidal havoc that has just been played in
front of some of their eyes. Cops too have been travelling to & fro
from one place to another hoping to recover his body but so far no
amount of success has arrived onto their hands. Meanwhile bizarre
stories as always are getting fuelled and travelling from every
untraseable corner you could imagine off.

The man whose body has still not been recovered is a resident of
Thorlebagh village of Karwar. Many localites allege high amounts of
debt from myriad people as the primary reason for his untimely death.
They say, he was frustrated by continuous calls that were buzzing his
ears one after the other and which possibly might be the reason for
his abnormal behaviour after rigorous drinking of alcohol.

It was on Sunday, 17th February, 2013 at 2:30 PM (approximately) that
he stopped his auto in the middle of Kali bridge and jumped off
leaving little chances of survival or any hope for anyone to go save
him.

People on the scene have even said, he was drunk at the time and is
ill-known in his friend circles for absurd drinking habits. Most sad
and painfull part of the tale is the trauma he has left to his wife
who is Eight month pregnant and is clueless of her and child's future.

Sadly enough, a beautiful gift of nature has lost its shine by his
suicide and left sobbing heads in unending trauma for days to come.

His family members are still in hope of a miracle as some say, 'what
if he might have ran somewhere leaving his vehicle in the middle of a
bridge just for all of us to speculate more and more theories!' Their
argument can't be discarded blindly as the man at whirlwind was known
for such unexpected behaviours after drinking upto unbearable limits.

In all circumstances the real answers are still at large deeply sunk
in seas. Police and other officials just needs to pull up their socks
a little more and must unearth the truth by finding his body or
himself!
