You Don’t Know - A Poem

You don’t know
How blood races my veins
When you are closer to me

You don’t know
How louder my heart beats
When you hold my hand

You don’t know
How my body trembles
When you breathe closer to my ears

You don’t know
How fast I breathe
When you pull me to hug

You don’t know
The thoughts running my mind
When sun sets down and you’re about to say goodbye

You don’t know
The pain I go through
When you walk away and don’t look back

You don’t know
How tears roll down my cheeks
When looking at night sky all alone

You Don’t Know.
